Endoscopic techniques have emerged as effective treatments for overweight and obesity;
the intragastric balloon is the most widely practiced procedure [

]. Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG) entails gastric volume reduction via placement
of full-thickness suturing of the anterior wall, greater curvature, and posterior
wall of the stomach. The stomach is imbricated and shortened from the antrum to the
gastroesophageal junction to create sleeve-like anatomy by using The OverStitch device
(Apollo Endosurgery, Austin, TX, USA) [
