      ] clearly summarized the outcomes of the article. Beside the results of the study we were able to show that 3-dimensional computed tomography (3D-CT) volumetry is a useful tool to evaluate not only the size and shape of the pouch (volume rendering) but also the position of the pouch in relation to the diaphragm. The multiplanar reconstruction is an important advantage of this examination compared to swallow studies, as the image of 3D-CT can be evaluated from different sides and angles [
